Instructing my first class at Glad Lash Academy was a success! And it's an amazing feeling to see eyelash artists leave class full of excitement to take their new skills out into the world.
We all have to start with classic lashes, though after a year or two of feeling confident, it’s time to take your skills to the next level. If you're ready to step up your lash game, here are three reasons to complement your service with volume eyelash extensions. Now would be the perfect time to make this a goal for the New Year.
1. Instant Gratification for You and Your Clients
Switching to volume eyelash extensions versus classic is more valuable than your would think. Sure, it's a great reason to raise your prices, but the gratification to see the quality work you're creating for your clients is really fun. Vaaavooom! Your clients will leave with fluffier, fuller, more flirtatious lashes than ever before. We all know lashes can be addictive - a healthy addiction thank goodness. It feels so good to turn up the volume!
2. Healthier, Happier Eyelashes
Volume fans are the lightest and thinnest lashes possible, keeping lashes healthier! I love volume eye-lashing because of the lightweight, natural look they provide. Volume fans keep the amount of glue used to a minimum, when done well. On top of all that, the triangle shape of the fans gives the best balance a lash extension can provide, eliminating twisty lashes.
3. Renewed Passion
As an experienced classic lash extension artist looking back on when you first started, it's quite impressive to see how much your skills can improve. Learning volume application technique is quite the same, it takes patience and practice. Though, once you turn the corner, your artistry will never be the same and your passion for lashing will surely be invigorated.
Keep an eye out, I will be posting volume lash before and afters on my bio... And, my next volume class will be just around the corner...Until my next wink ;) happy lashing!

A smooth, flawless wax can leave your skin looking and feeling incredible, but proper aftercare is essential to maintain those results and keep your skin healthy. Freshly waxed skin is more sensitive and needs extra attention to avoid irritation, redness, or ingrown hairs.
