Concealer is definitely one of those beauty items that I'm sure many of you have a love/hate relationship with. So, I want to give you some helpful tips on how to get your concealer to stay and not crease! Have fun trying this at home and don't be afraid to share this post with others that you think may find this helpful.

As a makeup artist, I am always wanting to give my clients that seamless look under the eyes with concealer - meaning NO creasing! I want concealer to look like it's blended completely into the skin leaving a flawless finish. Here is how I achieve this.

  1. Take your concealer and apply under the eye area. You can make an upside down right angle triangle shape from your under eye socket area and along the base of your nose then up to the outer corner of your under eye area.
  2. Use a rounded shadow brush like GladGirl's Flat Eyeshadow Brush and work concealer into the skin and gently feather out when buffing around edges.
  3. Then take a damp sponge and go over the concealer while pushing the product into the skin, making it flawless.
  4. Last step... Set it with powder using a synthetic tapered fluffy brush or sponge and CREASELESS days are here to stay!
Flat Eyeshadow Brush Try the GladGirl Flat Eyeshadow Brush when applying your concealer.

You have now applied concealer, worked it into skin, pressed it into skin and set it for a perfect finish! I hope this tip helps your concealer game reach new levels in 2018! The payoff my friends is grand. Enjoy!
