From time to time, I feel inspired to share new things that I've discovered and incorporated into my life with success. These small lifestyle changes have impacted my beauty artistry for the better over the last 30 days – as a result, I have experienced heaps more energy, better focus, elevated mood, and heightened creativity.

1. Skip the Coffee & Energy Drink Jitters

Instead of drinking coffee, use Foursmanic Lion's Mane & Chaga coffee supplement in the morning anytime you need a boost!!! In the past, I consumed an enormous amount of espresso, making my hands too shaky to work at my best. This product got me off regular caffeine overnight and I never looked back! The best part is that the energy is calm, not high strung, and my hands are always still and ready to lash on! I serve it over ice with equal parts almond milk. Here is a rundown of the HUGE benefits and potential side effects of this amazing product! Not only is this coffee great for artists, it is a good recommendation to give to clients suffering an overdose of caffeine or too much stress – they will love you for sharing the news. The coffee alternative comes in one use servings so it is easy to gift :) Coffee Vs Shroom Coffee

2. Switch your Phone to Black and White

Feeling overwhelmed by technology's constant stimulation and presence in your life? Not ready to disconnect completely, but want to get less attached to your electronic device? This tip is a great start to turning your gaze somewhere that might be more productive. It will even protect your eyes from blue light damage, which is a plus! About a month ago, when hearing a friend reference an article about phone addiction, I learned that turning your phone's color off could reduce stimulation to your eyes. Dimming the stimulation your phone brings to your pupils will lead to fewer doses of pleasure from your handy sidekick. This makes you less inclined to take another glance at your phone when you do not really need to! I had my friend change my phone's setting when she told me of this benefit, and since then, I've noticed an enormous difference in my relationship with technology and my productivity at work. Here is how to change your settings on an iPhone: ->Settings ->General ->Accessibility ->Display Accommodations ->Color Filters- switch on ->Choose Grayscale You will thank me later once you notice the results!
