Please note: Be sure to clean tools of all residue with acetone and/or barbicide. Then wash tools with an anti-bacterial soap and water and dry before placing in sterilizer. Only put clean tools in sterilizer.
Directions for use:Step 1: Place the tool sterilizer on a stable, even surface. Do not spill beads. Step 2: Open lid and put glass beads into sterilizer (do not overfill). Put in 1" inch to 2" inches. Enough to sterilize the tip of the instrument. Step 3: Connect the power and turn on switch; both the red and green lights will turn on. Step 4: Allow 12-18 minutes for sterilizer to reach the proper temperature of 250 Celsius (480 Fahrenheit). The green light will turn off once temperature has been reached. Step 5: Insert only solid metal and glass tools into the beads and close lid (longer instruments are ok to sterilize with lid slightly open). Only the portion of the tool touching the glass beads will be sterilized. Step 6: Allow 20-30 seconds for thorough sterilization. Please note, if an item is left in more than 30 seconds, it will be hot to the touch and could cause severe burning. In that instance, only remove tools with adiabatic gloves or wait until proper cooling has occurred. Sterilizer will heat automatically and the green indicator light will turn on when the temperature is lower than 135 degrees.
WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE INSTRUMENTS INSERTED IN THE GLASS BEADS FOR LONGER THAN ONE MINUTE AS THEY WILL BE HOT TO THE TOUCH AND COULD CAUSE SEVERE BURNING.
Glass beads included with this purchase. Replacement beads can be purchased separately. Beads will disintegrate during prolonged use and should be refilled as needed.
Limited Warranty: If for any reason your Sterilizer stops working 30 days from the date of delivery we will replace it. This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God.
