Professional Lash & Brow Artists' Industry Survey 2016 Prize Giveaway - "The Promotion" Glad Lash Inc. reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions for any reason and without notice. Any changes to the competition will be communicated via our website or social media channels as soon as possible.

How to Enter

  1. Complete the Industry Survey form located on the Glad Lash website.
  2. Provide your email address via the Survey.
Winners will be chosen at random at end of the Promotion (around the week of September 26th, 2016) and will be notified via the website/social media channels/email.

Eligibility

  1. The Major Prize Draw of the promotion is open only to professional lash and brow artists who complete the Industry Survey.
  2. The Promotion commences on Monday 12th September, 2016.
  3. The Promotion ends on Sunday 25th September, 2016.

Publicity

  1. It is a condition of entry that the Glad Lash Inc. has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters and likeness of any entrants for any Promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion.

Prizes

  1. Glad Lash Inc. offers the prizes for this Promotion in good faith.
  2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash of other goods or services.
  3. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Major Prizes
  • 2 lucky winners will take away a Glamcor Elite Light Kit valued at $250 each, courtesy of our sponsor Glamcor.
  • 3 lucky winners will receive a $150 Glad Lash Voucher each, to be used at eyelashextensions.com. Valid for 3 months from the date on which Glad Lash provides the code to the winners.
Runners-up Prizes
  • 10 runners-up will receive a Glad Lash Aftercare Kit valued at $29.
  • 20 runners-up will receive Mystery Swag Bags.
  • EVERYONE who completes the survey and provides a valid email address will receive a 5% Off Coupon Code for use on eyelashextensions.com. Codes are automatically generated and emailed to the nominated email address upon completion of the Survey. Codes are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Winners

  1. Winners will be chosen at random at end of Promotion and will be notified via the website/social media channels/email.
  2. All decisions by Glad Lash Inc. in connection with this Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. Winners of physical prizes will need to provide Glad Lash with a postal address within 1 month of the completion of the Promotion. Or alternatively, prizes can be picked up in person from Glad Lash’s Northridge address within 3 months of the completion of the Promotion.
